Where appropriate, I will promote the organization's activities and results in my own circles, websites, blog, shared calendars, message boards and social networks - with organizer's approval - which enhances your organization's exposure in the marketplace and in some cases can help increase attendance at the event.

5) Dependability and Preparedness
Materials are shipped in advance and setup/familiarization with audio visual equipment is handled in advance also. In the rare event that unexpected technical challenges arise such as Internet availability, computer speed, projector malfunctions, etc., I can continue delivery without interruption. If schedule changes occur, I can accommodate these in most cases, with advance notice.

6) Personal engagement with the audience before and after the event.
I always get to know as many people as possible at any event. Discussions on ALL topics are welcome on the many one-on-one engagements. Pictures and autographs are always extended, when requested.

7) Guarantee
Your audience must be completely satisfied, more informed and ready to implement at least three new strategies. If not, a 50% refund of monies paid will be refunded. Offer expires 30 days from speaking date.

Performance systems, development plans and education plans play a significant role in achieving the main goals and objectives of diversity as established by the company. Ascertaining the individual's aspirations - both professional and personal and aligning them with the corporate environment will greatly enhance the success of a diversity program.

When one of the greatest documents in history was signed, the US Constitution, Benjamin Franklin stated:
